Malegaon Training

On 11 july , After finishing my work, my manager Rohit called me at his room and asked to give training of jewellery software in Malegaon. He also told me that he will pay me per day training cost. I told him I will convey my decision tomorrow morning.

( I wanted to tell him that I was not going to do but I wanted sufficient reasons and proper answer to reject his proposol. So I told him I will let him know tomorrow.)

After many thoughts, I sent message on whatsapp at 10.45 pm july 11, 2017.

Sorry sir, I am not going to Malegaon.
Before coming to this conclusion, I had to consider many factors. I could not discuss with you more details. Sorry for this.

I would like to suggest you please try to avoid such demos/trainings,  which would cause health issues later. 

I request you please don't take me for granted in such type of demos/trainings.

Actually I wanted to tell him on his face that training is not part of my job profile, if somebody is doing it if situation demands, then you dont take him for granted always.
In this situation, I just wanted to show him how much incompetant he was for this role to handle people. He never showed respect for others opinions. He always wanted to prove that he is too smart than others. He just has to learn voice toning should use while discussion.

[7/12, 5:02 AM] Wad Rohit: Finally somebody has to do this as it is client requirement. All of our competitors offer training at clients location so we have to offer the same to be at par. We lost couple of deals previously for this.

[7/12, 5:09 AM] Wad Rohit: We can't ignore it as Pune is just 0.5% of our total market. The client said that he will buy only if you offer training at our location. Just developing a good software is not enough. We need to do everything at least in initial stages until a proper team is set up. Finally our clients only pays all of our salaries and fixed expenses.

[7/12, 5:52 AM] Wad Rohit: Think finally and let me know. I will book a/c sleeper bus ticket or sleeper train ticket and book hotel room if you say. It's overnight journey.

( After  reading this reply, I got clear anyhow he will convince me for malegaon. I was aware of his selfishness. I know how cheap he was! When he spent 1 Rs, he take in return 2 Rs. I got many experiences in previous trainings. So this time my stand will be No at any cost.

And all those clients they missed was not because of us, its because of their lack of decision making skill plus mindset to reduce labour cost.

Sometimes I feel that are they really Entreprenuer?? Do they have long term business goal?
