On 11 july , After finishing my work, my manager Rohit called me at his room and asked to give training of jewellery software in Malegaon. He also told me that he will pay me per day training cost. I told him I will convey my decision tomorrow morning. ( I wanted to tell him that I was not going to do but I wanted sufficient reasons and proper answer to reject his proposol. Our brain can concentrate on only certain and limited things... When it is overloaded, then there is no way that brain can work efficiently.. I think procastination plays very big role in case of overloaded brain. Lets take example of our office current situation. I have been assigned with many roles, like Attending Client inquires related to our product, attending their issues, testing of fixed bugs in software, software deployment,  configuration control ( database script maintaining ) keeping records of deployment, follow up of new project related updated from other team.  Brain has to handle all these things . So poor my brain.. lot of workload on small part.. this isn't fair.. To be added.....

Clairvoyant is one of the best MNC from baner which is US based. This is second company in 2017 that I will face f2f interview. First one was Amdocs where I failed in manager round. On friday 17th March, I was in meeting with Rohit, Our manager. The meeting was related to issues noted at chordiya jewellers. During meeting I got call from unknown number. As I was in really need of new job, I never wanted to miss any call from a unknown number. When I received call, I came to know that the call was from HR of clairvoyant . Initially , they ask regarding my job role in current company. I said all things that I do in current company i.e. manual testing, release management, customer support. Then they asked tools that I used for release management. But as my company is not using tools, I told them very clearly. Then HR told me the tool names that company is using. After hearing from them I was really shocked. In meanwhile, i was started thinking that I was not the one the company wanted...
